We offer you consistent prices on our entire catalog of Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids, Homeopathics, Glandulars, Frozen Cellular Extracts, Books and much more.

When We Charge Your Credit Card

We do pre-authorize your credit card on the date of your purchase, once shipped the funds are captured and paid to us. If you've paid by credit card and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will refund your card the credit amount.

If you've paid by check we wait until the funds have cleared, then ship your products.
If you've paid by check and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will send a refund check for the correct amount.

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your products for any reason just let us know and we will either give to a full refund on the purchase price or a store credit.

Frozen products, Glandulars, Enzymes, and Probiotics (because of their delicate sensitivity) and all appliances Require Return Preauthorization by us, and are not subject to return unless damaged, or have a manufacturing defect or other related issue.

Confirming Price and Availability

We cannot confirm the price of an item until you order, but please note that we do charge your credit card on the date of your purchase, then we ship your order to you.

Despite our best efforts, occasionally a small number of the items in our catalog are mispriced. 

1.   If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will correct the charge the lower amount and ship you the item.

2.   If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

After we have received your order, we will also inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is never charged. Texas State laws requires sales tax on the full amount of the order (nutritional products are exempt), for Breadmakers, Juicers, Rice Cookers, Massage Chairs, Massagers, Aromatherapy Oils, Books and other product deemed taxable by the state of Texas. Because charges for gift-wrap and shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated.

No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates; purchases paid for with gift certificates, however, if shipped to addresses within the state of Texas we are obligated to charge sales tax.

Availability

Availability for each item in our catalog varies from week to week.

Nutritional products occasionally are on back order for usually no more than 1 week, this happens with batch manufacturing (only enough raw material is ordered to fill orders for the following weeks ahead, this is how we guarantee our products to be as fresh and pure as possible) and you should receive the rest of your order when the new batch is finished. The new, sophisticated custom computerized software program that is fully integrated controls all of the processes and is compliant for the year 2000. These efficient programs feature every aspect of the processes including electronic order entry, electronic monitoring of product processes from raw material purchasing to scheduling, and finished product inventory.

With this precise system, the laboratory is able to make batches that are produced based on predicted demand size. This keeps excess inventory from sitting on the shelves and provides the consumer with the freshest product available. Stored in tightly controlled conditions of temperature, humidity and light, the nutritional supplements manufactured are not stored for more than 3 months. The entire 140,000 square feet facility is air-conditioned and temperature and humidity controlled 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Quarterly inventory maintenance is conducted to assure freshness. Most of our time sensitive formulas are only one week old when they are shipped. The longer shelf life products are no more than three months old when shipped. Often after 3 months, excess product may be used for relief donations.

All Products can and do at times be unavailable or backordered through their respective manufacturers. We will notify you in such an event.

Shipping time is dependent upon the Carrier and the method you requested.

In general, nutritional products take approximately 7-10 business days for delivery.

We do offer express shipping for special circumstances.

Special Orders can take approximately 2-6 weeks.
