Urinary And Bladder Support: Pumpkin seed extract is traditionally recognized for its fatty oil constituents. New
research has focused on a lipid-free extract standardized to contain lignan glycosides. Lignans regulate healthy
enzymatic activity in both men and women to support urinary and bladder health. In an open clinical trial,
39 postmenopausal women used a formula containing lipid-free pumpkin seed extract. The results suggest that
lipid-free pumpkin seed extract helped to maintain healthy urinary and bladder function. Flower pollen
extract provides vitamins, minerals, carotenoids and flavonoids. Research indicates that it maintains healthy
urethra smooth muscle function and promotes healthy leukotriene and prostaglandin production, supporting urinary
health for women and men. Crataeva nurvala has a long history of use for promoting bladder, urinary and kidney
health.*

Lipid-free pumpkin seed extract (20:1) is derived from Cucurbita pepo L. and standardized to contain a minimum
of 2% phenolic derivatives. Flower pollen extract is a highly concentrated, 20:1 combination of water soluble to fat
soluble fractions derived from Secale cereale L. The pollen is harvested directly from rye, timothy and corn, and the
allergenic outer husk is removed. Varuna extract is derived from Crataeva nurvala bark and standardized to contain 1.5% lupeol.
